McKenna Park Route
This 1.6 mile route follows some of Portland’s best gravel roads, maybe the most gravel you’ll find in a Park Route.
Spring Garden Park Route
This two-mile route begins and ends at one of the coolest parks in the city. Check it out!
Burlingame Park Route
This route, not quite a mile long, might be the perfect place in Southwest to try gravel for the first time. There are also nice riding trails in the park itself.
Pendleton Park Route
This route around Pendleton Park is just under two miles, and a little hilly. Pendleton Park also has some nice trails if you want to keep riding!
Columbia Park North Route
This route next to north Columbia Park is just just under miles, and directly adjacent to the south Columbia Park (with a safe passage over N. Lombard Street on N. Woolsey) and Portsmouth Park routes. Combine all three for a a parkapalooza!
Columbia Park South Route
This route next to Columbia Park south of Lombard street under two miles and is directly adjacent to the Columbia Park North route (with safe passage over N. Lombard Street on N. Woolsey Avenue) and the Portsmouth Park route. Combine all three routes for a parkapalooza!
Portsmouth Park Route
This park route is just over a mile long and circles Portsmouth park. It is very near two routes for Columbia Park and a safe crossing of Lombard Street on North Woolsey. Loop in routes from the Columbia Park routes and have a parkapalooza!
Metzger Park Route
This route around Metzger Park is just over four miles, and a little hilly! However, there is a midsection you can use as a cutoff and reduce the route by half - and just enjoy the flatter half!
Marigold Hydro Park Route
This 1.1 mile route around Marigold Hydro Park is packed with good gravel to ride! Easy, accessible, beautiful.
A Park Route
This 1.5 mile route is just east of Gabriel Park and offers some really nice, quiet gravel roads to ride. Close enough together, you can try A Park and Gabriel Park in the same day!
Gabriel Park Route
This 1.9 mile route is just west and through Gabriel Park, one of the loveliest parks in West Portland. Lots of options for more exploring, picnics and other sports!
Pier Park Route
This 3.2 mile park ride takes you through old St. Johns and into Pier Park the northernmost park in Portland.
Hancock Park Route
This 1.6 mile ride follows gravel roads around Hancock Park, just west of Rocky Butte. Take a nice ride, and if you’re feeling fit, try riding to the top of Rocky Butte - the view is terrific.
April Hill Park Route
This 1.8 mile ride follows gravel roads around April Hill Park. Several side routes connect to this park as well!
Flavel Park Route
This one-and-a-half mile route follows gravel roads around Flavel park. You can also easily access the Springwater Corridor from this route.
Kern Park Route
This two mile route follows gravel roads around Kern park, and there are many to choose from. You can try out some of the other nearby gravel roads in between picnic and playground activities.
Creston Park Route
This route covers just over two miles, with two long gravel roads connected in a quiet neighborhood next to Creston Park. Creston Park includes a swimming pool and many picnic areas.
Woodstock Park Route
This route covers just one and a half miles, with gravel roads in a quiet neighborhood next to Woodstock Park. Lots of choices for riding around the park and enjoying a gravel route.
Brentwood Park Route
This route covers about two and a half miles, with some long gravel roads in a quiet neighborhood next to Brentwood Park. Lots of choices for riding around the park and enjoying a gravel route.
Alberta Park Route
This route covers a shade over two miles - about three-quarters of a mile of gravel - circling around a quiet neighborhood adjacent to Alberta Park. It’s a perfect route for just starting out. Grab a picnic and the basketball, try the route and then enjoy a day at the park.
